The Desert Rose Retreat is located in the River Oaks of neighborhood in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The neighborhood is near the Fort Lauderdale beach, airport and major highways I-95, I-595 . Living in River Oaks offers residents a suburban feel and most residents own their homes.

The home is one unit of a duplex. The entrance to the other unit of the duplex is on a totally different street with a totally different address. This shouldn't affect your stay, just thought it should be made known.

There is a Ring Floodlight Security camera that's pointed at the entrance to the gate. This is the only camera on the property.
